National Black Chamber of Commerce: Cap and Trade costs 3.6 million jobs

The National Black Chamber of Commerce commissioned the independent business consulting firm Charles River Associates International to perform an economy-wide study of the effects of a cap and trade scheme.They found the bill will reduce jobs by 3.6 million, even after so-called “green jobs” are taken into consideration.
